About me

I have always been driven by a curiosity for understanding the human mind and how the world operates. After working in change management for global financial institutions, I realized that people and their motivation are key factors in achieving organizational success. This realization led me to pursue a degree in Occupational Psychology and delve deeper into the psychology behind change and decision-making processes.

During my studies, I became increasingly aware of the prevalence of work-related stress, anxiety, and burnout. I started supporting colleagues with coping tools and psychotherapeutic practices during times of severe stress. However, despite my efforts to help others, burnout became my own reality. This experience taught me the importance of work-life balance and inspired me to relocate back to Lithuania where I could live in harmony with nature and grow my own tomatoes as a mindfulness practice.

Through my own journey of self-awareness and healing, I founded HypnoHut with a mission to help others achieve a better understanding of themselves and the skills to overcome emotional challenges. I am dedicated to supporting businesses and individuals dealing with work-related stress, anxiety, and a lack of self-awareness and coping techniques. My experience has shown me that helping others cope with stress and anxiety is my calling and I am committed to this mission.
